NPU-M is comprised primarily of the neighborhoods (civic associations) of Castleberry Hill, Downtown, and Old Fourth Ward. Sweet Auburn and Marietta Street Artery also fall within the defined boundaries of the NPU. You can read more about certified civic associations in our Bylaws.
