NPU M’s Land Use & Zoning Committee meets on the 2nd Monday of each month at 6:30pm.

The responsibilities of the Land Use & Zoning Committee includes, but are not limited to:

• Development and Land Use
• Urban Design
• Zoning Applications
• Variance Requests
• Special Administrative Permits
• Land Bank Authority Requests
• Historic Preservation

This primarily includes applications that are to be reviewed by either the Board of Zoning Adjustment or the Zoning Review Board.
