Neighborhood Planning Unit (NPU) M is one of 25 resident advisory groups across the City of Atlanta that meet each month to get updates from local governmental officials and to make recommendations on a variety of matters such as applications for development permits, alcohol licenses, and festivals.

NPU M comprises the neighborhoods of Castleberry Hill, Downtown, and the Old Fourth Ward. Each neighborhood is represented by a neighborhood association that meets monthly to discuss what’s going on in their neighborhood, socialize, and work on projects together.
